It is designed to work with the following Sennheiser wireless headset (via USB port on phone):  DW Office, DW Office ML, DW Pro 1, DW Pro 2, DW Pro 1 ML and DW Pro 2 ML.

It is compatible with Cisco 8900 & 9900 series telephone models.
