  • The handset/headset port you are connecting your current headset to requires a compatible bottom cable for that telephone make and model.

  • Y-Training Cables are available along with a Training Buddy Box, which is a small adaptor allowing you to connect two headsets to your phone and is commonly used for training purposes.

  • In some cases you may need to program a headset button.

  • To answer and end calls remotely you will need to look at the remote answering accessories available for your headset and telephone; either a Handset Lifter or Electronic Hook Switch (EHS).  Which remote answering device you use depends on your telephone make and model.

  • Most phones available do not have the appropriate software or hardware requirements to cater for an EHS Cable.

  • Placing a call on hold is a function supported by your telephone, not one offered by wireless headsets.

  • Yes, most wireless headsets have a conference facility but each one does it differently.  Please refer to your headset user guide and follow the steps provided.

  • Whether using a Corded, Wireless or Bluetooth UC Headset each requires USB connectivity to the computer.
