ADA Conference Magnum Draw 

Terms and Conditions 

These Terms and Conditions govern the Polaris Risk Services ADA Conference Magnum Draw (“Promotion”).
By submitting a request for an obligation-free insurance review during the Promotion Period,
entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

1.  Promoter 

The Promotion is conducted by Polaris Risk Services Pty Ltd ABN 62 689 768 634, AFSL 700131 (“Polaris”). 

2.  Promotion Period 

The Promotion opens at the commencement of the Australian Distillers Association Conference on 10 June 2025 and closes at 12:00pm Australian Central Standard Time (ACST) on 18 June 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Requests received after this time will not be eligible for entry into the draw. 

3.  Eligibility 


Entry is open to individuals who: 


  1. are aged 18 years or over; 


  1. are Australian residents; 


  1. operate or are employed by an Australian distillery; and 


  1. submit a request for an obligation-free insurance review from Polaris during the Promotion Period. 


Employees, directors, and immediate family members of Polaris Risk Services Pty Ltd are not eligible to enter. 

4.  How to Enter 

To enter, complete and submit a request for an obligation-free insurance review via the QR code displayed on the Polaris Risk Services conference wall during the Promotion Period. Submission of the form constitutes agreement to these Terms and Conditions. 


One entry per person. Multiple submissions will not result in additional entries into the draw.

5.  Prize 

One (1) Magnum of wine with an approximate retail value of less than $150 AUD (“Prize”). 


The Prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Polaris reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the specified prize becomes unavailable for any reason. 

6.  Winner Selection 

The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The draw will be conducted at approximately 12:00pm ACST on 18 June 2025 at the ADA Conference. 


The draw method will ensure all eligible entries have an equal chance of selection and will be conducted either manually or electronically using a random selection process, at the discretion of Polaris. The draw may be conducted by an independent third party. 

7.  Winner Notification and Prize Presentation 

The winner will be announced at the ADA Conference on 18 June 2025 and their name will be published in the ADA MyGlue App on the same date. 


The Prize will be presented to the winner at the time of the draw or at the ADA Conference Dinner on the evening of 18 June 2025, provided the winner is present at either occasion. 


If the winner is not present at either the draw or the Conference Dinner, a redraw will be conducted immediately from the remaining eligible entries. The redrawn winner must be present to claim the Prize. Polaris accepts no liability for a winner’s inability to attend. 

8.  Unclaimed Prizes

If the Prize remains unclaimed following the redraw process set out in clause 7, Polaris reserves the right to conduct a further redraw or to dispose of the Prize at its discretion. 

9.  Privacy 

Personal information collected as part of this Promotion will be used to administer the Promotion and to follow up regarding the obligation-free insurance review requested by the entrant. 


All personal information will be handled in accordance with Polaris Risk Services’ Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Information will not be disclosed to third parties without consent except as requiredto administer this Promotion. 

10.  General Conditions 

The following conditions apply to this Promotion: 


  • The decision of Polaris in relation to all matters relating to this Promotion is final. No correspondence will be entered into. 


  • Polaris reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions. 


  • Polaris reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so, subject to any applicable regulatory requirements. 


  • This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by the Australian Distillers Association. Any questions regarding the Promotion should be directed to Polaris Risk Services, not the ADA. 



  • Polaris accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, or not received for any reason. 


  • The Prize is subject to availability. Images of the Prize used in promotional material are for illustration purposes only. 

11.  Governing Law 

This Promotion is conducted in accordance with the laws of South Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
